ERM Operating Model, Leading US Mortgage Originator / Servicer - Concheri Led Advisory & Delivery

• Led project to design, develop and implement enterprise risk framework enhancements to include designing risk management roles and responsibilities across three lines of defense.
• Developed the ERM policy, Risk Appetite Statement and Risk Framework along side the companies CRO.
• Led the design and delivery of a Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) companywide, integrating the Risk methodology with Compliance and Audit programs.
• Created a KRI program as well as Board-level reporting.
• Work resulted in the CFPB accepting the corrective actions as successfully addressing the organization's Enterprise Risk Management concerns.

Financial Crimes

Target Operating Model - Concheri Led Design & Delivery

• Led team in the strategy, design, and establishment of a regional shared service operating model [Centers of Excellence] to support the Global Financial Crimes Department at Large Global Bank.
• Work included the design of Financial Crimes Target Operating Model, inclusive of target state processes that aligned to their new global standards, strategic partners, location strategy, organizational structure, and technology.
• Roadmap plan was created to standup regional COEs in support of Sanctions Screening, AML Investigations, KYC, and EDD for Correspondent Banks
• Led project teams to ensure regional teams have established their processes in alignment with the target state design
• Work resulted in the organization aligning to the new standards and lowered their costs enough to repay the multi-year global engagement in three-years.

Control Analysis

Cognitive Control Analysis, IT Risk, Large National Insurance Company, Concheri Led Advisory

• Led team of data scientists in conducting analysis of the organizations IT risks and controls with Watson Discovery and custom AI to highlight poorly written controls, gain new insights into their risks, and highlight poor data quality
• Conducted top-down assessment of the IT Risk Governance program (Information Security and Data Privacy)
• Used AI/ML and Watson Discovery to uncover control deficiencies, poorly written controls, and new insights into the organizations risks and control landscape
• Shared roadmap and recommendations to uplift the IT Risk Governance framework as well as tactical fixes to improve control quality and mitigate areas of heightened risk
